Right in the historic center of Maastricht, near the Onze-Lieve-Vrouweplein, Tout à Fait has been established since 1999. At the front of the establishment is an aperitif room where you are welcomed with an aperitif such as champagne or crémant de Bourgogne. In addition, various cocktails are served. In short, a wonderful place for a quiet aperitif, possibly accompanied by an oyster or thinly sliced Italian ham. The restaurant beyond consists of two atmospheric levels, one of which overlooks the open kitchen.
Inspired by the seasons, Patron-Cuisinier Bart Ausems surprises his guests with subtle combinations in which tradition and originality go hand in hand. Partly due to his never-ending dedication and continuous search for new dishes, Tout à Fait has been awarded a "Michelin star" since 2002.
